Redefining autoimmune wellness

At AIDA, we believe the biggest barrier to better health is a lack of knowledge. We’re on a mission to empower individuals with expert insights and innovative approaches to autoimmune wellness — shifting the focus from symptom suppression to true healing.

Our story

The world’s first decentralised autoimmune wellness hub

AIDA was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to transform the way people understand and manage autoimmune diseases. For too long, individuals have struggled with misdiagnoses, vague answers, and treatment plans that only mask symptoms without addressing the root cause.

We believe knowledge is the first step to true healing. That’s why AIDA exists — to provide clear, expert-backed information, alternative healing options, and a supportive space for those navigating autoimmune challenges.

Decentralised means there is no single clinic and no single opinion. AIDA is a network: practitioners, researchers and people living with autoimmune conditions, each bringing what they know into one place that anyone can search.

370–500m People worldwide

Autoimmune diseases now affect an estimated 370–500 million people worldwide, with numbers continuing to rise. Despite this, many are left without accessible answers or support. We’re here to change that.

What we believe

Four things we will not compromise on

Talk to us

Knowledge before treatment

Understanding what is happening in your body comes first. Everything we publish is written to be understood, not to impress.

Reviewed, never aggregated

Practitioners apply and are approved by a person before their profile goes live. No scraped directories, no pay-to-rank listings.

Root cause, not symptom cover

Six pillars — nutrition, movement, sleep, mind and body, community, sound and sensory — because bodies do not heal in one direction only.

Lived experience counts

The magazine is written by practitioners and by people living with autoimmune conditions — not by a content agency.
