For practitioners

Get found by the people already looking for you.

AIDA is a marketplace for autoimmune wellbeing. List your services, publish your writing, and reach people who are searching for exactly what you do — filtered by condition, by pillar, and by how you work.

  • Free to list — you only pay when you get paid
  • You keep 80% of every booking
  • Every practitioner reviewed by a person

Four steps, and you are live

No setup fee, no monthly cost, no contract. Apply, get reviewed, publish.

  1. 1 Apply

Tell us who you are, what you do, your qualifications and the conditions you work with. Ten minutes, and you can save and come back.

  2. 2 We review you

A person reads your application — who you are, what you offer, and whether it is a fair fit for the people who use AIDA.

  3. 3 Build your profile

Add your photo, your story, your services and your prices. Your public profile goes live the moment you save it.

  4. 4 Start getting found

You appear in the marketplace, the practitioner directory, the pillar pages and every article you write.

Four steps, about ten minutes. You can list your first service the same day.

The money

You keep 80%. That is the whole deal.

No listing fee, no monthly subscription, no charge for writing. AIDA takes 20% of a booking to run the platform, cover payment processing and keep bringing people to your door. If nothing sells, you pay nothing.

  • Free to list — as many services as you like
  • Free to publish — the magazine costs you nothing
  • Paid per booking — 5–7 days after each purchase, by bank transfer
  • Custom terms — need paying before a course starts? Ask us

List a service in minutes

A guided, step-by-step form — title and description, a banner image, your pricing, how you deliver it, which pillars it belongs to, the conditions it suits, and your FAQs.

  • Set a member price that is shown large on your page
  • Tag by pillar and by condition so the filters find you
  • Add FAQs that answer questions before they are asked

We show you how, and stay out of your way

A four-step checklist to get you live, and plain-English guides for everything else — profiles, services, the magazine, approvals, payouts and visibility.

  • Start here checklist, ticked off at your pace
  • Guides written for people, not developers
  • A real person on the other end of an email

Know what is actually landing

Every article and every service page counts its own readers, so you can see which subjects bring people in and which listings get opened. Only real visitors count — your own visits are ignored.

  • Total reads and views, plus the last seven days
  • A ranked list of what is working hardest for you
  • A quiet counter on your own pages, visible only to you

All of this comes with the account — nothing to install, nothing to host, no plugins to keep updated.

And this is what people see

Your profile and your services sit inside a site built for one job: helping someone with an autoimmune condition find the right person.

This is the page someone lands on when they search for exactly what you do.

Why practitioners choose AIDA

There are plenty of directories. This is what makes this one different.

People can save you

Readers save practitioners, services and articles to their own list and come back to them. A save is a warm lead sitting in someone’s pocket, and your numbers tell you when it is happening.

You turn up where it counts

Every member gets a For you page built from what they have actually read and saved. When someone keeps coming back to the condition you work with, your services and your writing are what appears there. Nothing is boosted and nobody can pay for the top slot.

People search by where they are

The directory has a near-me search: someone puts in their postcode and sees who is within five, ten or twenty-five miles of them, nearest first. All it needs from you is the postcode on your application. Only the outward code and your town are ever shown publicly, never the full postcode.

Intent, not traffic

People arrive here because they have a condition and they are looking for help with it. You are not competing for attention — you are being searched for.

Filtered by condition

Every service and article can be tagged against 156 conditions. Someone with Hashimoto’s finds the practitioners who actually work with Hashimoto’s.

Online or in person

Say how you work and people filter on it. If you are online-only your geography stops mattering.

Writing that works for you

Publish in the AIDA magazine and every article carries a card straight back to your profile. Your writing keeps earning long after you post it.

Read by a person

Every application here is read by hand, not filtered by a script. That care shows before you have said a word.

No website to run

Profile, listings, bookings, payments and reviews are handled. You do the work you trained for.

The six pillars

Movement, nutrition, sleep, mind and body, community, sound and sensory. Your work is placed where people are already browsing.

A member price that converts

Set a price for AIDA members and it is shown large, with the original struck through. It is one of the main reasons people book here rather than direct.

If that sounds like the way you already work, you will fit here.

Questions, answered plainly

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to apply, nothing to list, nothing monthly. AIDA takes 20% of a booking when one happens. If you never sell anything, you never pay anything.

Who can join?

Practitioners, coaches and clinicians who are qualified and insured for the work they offer, and who work with people living with autoimmune conditions. That covers nutrition, movement, sleep, mind and body, community and sensory work. If you are not sure whether you fit, apply and ask — a person reads every application.

How long does approval take?

We review by hand rather than by filter, so it is not instant. You will hear back either way, and if something is holding it up we will tell you what.

When do I get paid?

Payments are processed by AIDA and passed to you 5–7 days after each purchase, by bank transfer. If you need a different arrangement — paying before a course starts, for instance — get in touch and we will sort it.

Do I have to be in the UK?

Most of our practitioners are UK-based, but if you work online your location matters far less. Tell us where you are in your application.

Can I list more than one service?

As many as you like, at any price, delivered online, in person or both. Each one gets its own page, its own tags and its own FAQs.

Do I have to write for the magazine?

No. It is free and it helps — articles bring people to your profile who were not searching for you yet — but nobody is required to publish anything.

What if I want to leave?

There is no contract and no notice period. Tell us and we will take your listings down.

Still weighing it up? A person reads every application, and they will come back to you either way.

Ready to be found?

Applications take about ten minutes. A person will read yours.
