Helping You Take Control of Your Autoimmune Health

Autoimmune disease is complex. It doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s rarely caused by just one thing. Many people struggling with autoimmune conditions feel unheard, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle of symptoms with no clear path to recovery. That’s where I come in.

I’m a nutritional therapist specialising in autoimmune disease, gut health, and brain health. My work focuses on helping you uncover what’s driving your symptoms and guiding you towards long-term, sustainable improvements in your health

I support individuals with autoimmune conditions who are looking for alternative, holistic ways to regain control over their health. Whether you’ve been newly diagnosed or have been struggling for years, my approach is about getting to the root cause, not just managing symptoms.

How I Work: The Autoimmune Detective

Every autoimmune journey is unique, and that’s why detective work is such a crucial part of my approach. I take a deep dive into your health history, piecing together the triggers, imbalances, and immune system dysregulation that have contributed to your condition. This includes:

  • Identifying root causes – from gut imbalances, infections, and food sensitivities to environmental toxins, heavy metals, trauma, and chronic stress.
  • Using functional testing to uncover underlying immune triggers, helping us build a clearer picture of what’s affecting your health.
  • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle strategies tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that changes are both effective and sustainable.

More Than Just Nutrition: Changing Habits & Behaviours

We all know that we should eat more whole foods, move more, and manage stress—but making those changes is hard. That’s why a big part of what I do is helping people bridge the gap between knowledge and action.

I work closely with clients to:
Make lasting habit changes that fit into their real life—without feeling overwhelmed.
Provide accountability & support, ensuring they stay on track and adjust as needed.
Rewire their mindset around food, movement, and self-care so they can make sustainable progress.

Because true healing isn’t just about food—it’s about how you live, how you think, and how you support your body in all aspects of life.

The Mind-Body Connection: A Missing Piece in Autoimmune Health

One of the biggest missing links in autoimmune health is nervous system regulation. Chronic stress, past trauma, and an overactive immune system are deeply connected. Through mind-body awareness techniques, I help clients:
🔹 Recognise their body’s signals and regulate their nervous system.
🔹 Build awareness of unconscious beliefs around food, movement, and health.
🔹 Address emotional and physiological stressors that may be fuelling inflammation.

When we calm the nervous system, we allow the immune system to heal and rebalance—this is just as crucial as diet, supplements, and testing.

Your Autoimmune Journey is Unique

There is no one-size-fits-all solution to autoimmunity. There’s no magic pill. Your triggers and environment are unique, and your healing plan should be too. My job is to help you unwind years of immune dysfunction and create a personalised, realistic path forward.

If you’re ready to take control of your autoimmune health, I’m here to help you uncover what’s really going on, support you with the right tools, and guide you toward lasting, sustainable change.
