Living with an autoimmune condition

Living with an autoimmune condition can feel like being stuck in a body that no longer works for you. Fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, digestive issues and emotional overwhelm become daily struggles. Many women- especially in their 40’s – find themselves silently coping, trying to manage it all while their symptoms go unseen or misunderstood.

That’s where my Autoimmune Reset Method comes in, which is a whole-body approach to healing.

This method is a personalised step by step coaching experience designed to help women manage and reduce autoimmune symptoms by focusing on these key pillars of wellness: nutrition, gut health, sleep, nervous system regulation, stress management, mindset, movement and hormones. Everything we do is broken into bite size weekly steps, and together we create an individualised plan that works for your body and your life.

If you’re following the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), I’m also an AIP coach. I can guide you through the phases of the protocol with clarity, structure, and empathy. I’ll help you stay consistent, avoid overwhelm and maximise your results with a whole-body approach.

Nutrient-Dense Foods: Healing From Within

Food is one of your most powerful tools for healing. We begin by introducing nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory foods that support the immune system, balance hormones, and nourish the gut. Instead of restriction, we focus on what to add to your diet. Think leafy greens, colourful vegetables, good quality meats and fish/organ meat, bone broth and healthy fats.

If you’re doing AIP I’ll support you through the elimination and reintroduction phases – helping you uncover triggers, navigate food swaps/alternatives and stay focused on your “why”.

Gut Health: Rebuilding Your Foundation

70% of your immune system is in your gut and therefore it not surprising that when your gut lining is compromised or your microbiome is out of balance it can lead to chronic inflammation, immune overactivation and nutrient deficiencies.

My method works on healing the gut with nutrition and lifestyle changes, and you’ll learn to support your gut’s natural ability to repair. As your gut improves you may notice clearer thinking, stable energy levels, better moods and fewer flares.

Hormone Balance: Restoring Energy

Hormones affect everything from your mood and your metabolism, to your immune system and your inflammation. For many women – especially during perimenopause – imbalanced hormones can intensify autoimmune symptoms.

Together we will work to support hormone balance naturally including stabilizing blood sugar, managing stress, optimizing sleep and using food and lifestyle tools that support you. You will begin to notice more consistent energy, improved cycles, and better moods.

Sleep Optimisation: Restore and Rejuvenate

Sleep is essential for healing but many women with autoimmune disease struggle with it. Autoimmune disease causes sleep issues and lack of sleep and is a contributing factor to autoimmune disease. Poor sleep impacts immunity, hormones, detoxification process, and pain levels.

We will identify the root causes of your sleep struggles and build calming evening routines that help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

Better sleep will help with your symptoms and your overall wellbeing.

Nervous System Regulation and Stress Management: Calming the Storm

Chronic stress keeps your body in fight or flight mode. For many women with autoimmune conditions the stress is constant, often invisible, and directly tied to autoimmune flares.

Together we will incorporate powerful tools to help calm your nervous system such as breathwork, grounding, and gratitude.

These practices aren’t designed to be time consuming but overtime these shifts will lead to emotional balance and calm.

Mindset

Autoimmune healing isn’t just physical; it’s deeply emotional and can lead to feelings of frustration, shame, or defeat. We want to move away from self-blame into self-trust and create new patterns that allow you to show compassion for yourself. It’s not about perfection but about willingness.

Movement: Reconnecting With Your Body

When you’re dealing with pain or fatigue, movement can feel risky or exhausting, but movement is essential for improving strength, lowering the risk of heart disease, stroke or certain cancers, increasing circulation, reducing joint pain, and helping with sleep and mood. We’ll find movement that is right for you, that you enjoy, and that suits where you are on your healing journey.

The goal is to rebuild trust in your body and support your energy levels.

Empathic, Individualised Coaching

I believe in treating every person as a whole – mind, body and story. In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you and your unique health history. Throughout our coaching sessions, you can expect to be met with empathy, respect, and unwavering support. You’re not a set of symptoms – you’re a whole person, and your healing plan will reflect that.

We build your plan together, one week at a time. You’ll receive clear, manageable steps, recommendations, and ongoing support so that you always know what to focus on and what to do without feeling overwhelmed.

If you’re following the AIP you’ll have expert guidance at each stage, helping you stay on track, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt AIP to your real life.

Autoimmune healing can feel confusing, exhausting , and lonely – but it doesn’t have to be this way. The Autoimmune Reset Method gives you structure, strategy, and support that fits in with your body, your goals, and your life.
