Autoimmune Healing Retreat
Join us at our beautiful venues in the Cotswolds for an Autoimmune Healing Retreat.
Escape to The Cotswolds, a luxurious autoimmune wellbeing retreat designed to help you reset, recharge, and regain control of your health. Over four immersive days, you’ll be guided by leading experts in autoimmune wellness, holistic healing, and functional health—all while surrounded by stunning countryside views, gourmet dining, and five-star amenities.
You are all the same in one sense and very different too. What we mean by that is you are all the same in the sense that you are here today—you have taken action because you value your health, you want to improve the management of your symptoms, and in an ideal world, be in remission.
However, you are also different. Each of you will be at a different stage of your journey. Your lifestyles, finances, beliefs, and many other factors mean that different programmes and therapies we offer will be appealing and beneficial to you in different ways. And let’s not forget that we are all biologically unique—our DNA also plays a key role in how we can support and personalise your healing journey.
This retreat is scientifically designed to target the root causes of autoimmune dysfunction, focusing on inflammation reduction, detoxification, stress regulation, and gut health. Through a blend of expert consultations, personalised wellness strategies, and evidence-based therapies, you’ll gain life-changing tools to manage your condition, optimise your health, and restore balance.
